The child of climbers, I started climbing at a very early age alongside my brother in La Pedriza, a majestic maze of rock with nearly 4,000 routes of every style, where we learned to love everything connected to rock: sport climbing, bouldering, multi-pitch routes, first ascents and, above all in my case, crack climbing in all shapes and sizes.

Before long, we put what we had learned to the test by travelling across Europe and the United States, also exploring less developed destinations such as Morocco, Madagascar and Turkey—not only to climb or establish new routes, but also to discover new cultures.

Five years ago, I decided to turn my passion into my profession, and during this time I have had the privilege of becoming the first Climbing Technician of the Parque Nacional de la Sierra de Guadarrama in my beloved Pedriza, training future instructors at the Centro Madrileño de Escalada y Montaña (CFEM), and teaching and coaching students at indoor climbing walls—first at Rock Game Moralzarzal and now at Sputnik Climbing Center—learning from each and every one of them along the way.

And, of course, I have also had time to guide—to share with my clients some of the most beautiful corners and summits, enjoying truly unforgettable experiences together.
