Best classic climbs in Torozo and Villarejo

Torozo is a stone giant that rises above 2,000 metres high, located next to the well-known and accessible Puerto del Pico, on the eastern slopes of Sierra de Gredos.

Together, the three major walls of Torozo (Torozo North, Torozo South and Albujea) and the nearby crags of Villarejo combine hundreds of high quality multi-pitch routes. Routes range from V+ to 8b, with the majority at 6b/6c and lenghts up to 400 metres.

The best classic climbs navigate the smooth, compact and monolithic granite, following cracks, chimneys and dihedrals, briefly interrupted by scattered slabby sections.

Some of the best multi-pitch trad routes in central Spain are just two hours drive from Madrid, which makes it ideal for a one-day trip from the capital.

The wide range of climbs allow our team of guides to select the most appropriate guided rock climbing for you, based on your skills and expectations. None of them will disappoint you.
